They have a proven track record of managing end-to-end finance functions, producing management accounts, overseeing budgets and cashflow forecasting. With strong organisational and communication skills, they are adept at building relationships with senior stakeholders and presenting financial information clearly to support business decision-making. They have also demonstrated the ability to improve systems and processes, implement ERP platforms, and support business transitions such as acquisitions and post-sale integrations.

- Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Budgeting and cashflow forecasting
• Payroll, PAYE, and HMRC submissions
• Quarterly VAT returns and postponed import VAT
• Year-end financial statements and audit preparation
• Financial reporting and analysis for senior leadership
• Implementation and migration of finance systems
• Establishing and maintaining internal financial controls
• Supporting due diligence and post-acquisition integration
• Liaising with external auditors, bankers, and group finance teams
• ISO 9001 compliance and audit processes
• Cost control and financial process improvement

Qualifications:
Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA)
