An accomplished Practice Manager operating at Director level, balancing operational leadership with a substantial client portfolio.
For several years this individual managed a broad portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients, personally leading meetings, advising on tax and structuring, handling complex accounts and acting as the first point of contact for client queries. An approachable manner, technical expertise and an ability to build long-term relationships made them a trusted adviser and a key figure in developing and maintain client relationships across the firm.
