Exposure includes:
- Month-end and year-end close, including accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations
• Daily group cash flow forecasting and monitoring
• Oversight of VAT submissions
- PAYE and payroll review
- Full Accounts Payable leadership including payment runs, expenses, credit cards and multi-currency reconciliations
- Intercompany transactions and recharges
- Supporting Financial Controller duties
- Process improvement and system implementations, including ERP migration
• Audit support and preparation of statutory accounts
• Team leadership, training and mentoring
Software knowledge:
- Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Sage, Synergist, Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookup formulas)
Qualifications:
- ACCA Student (currently pursuing)
- Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT)
