• Full ownership of management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT, tax returns, and reporting.
• Resolving long-standing intercompany imbalances and improving financial clarity.
• Producing advanced forecasting models and automated reporting tools.
• Supporting due diligence through transparent sales and cost tracking.
• Enhancing accuracy and efficiency across VAT, Intrastat, treasury, reconciliations, and cash flow.
• Developing board packs, dashboards, and complex Excel models.
• Selecting and embedding new accounting systems and financial controls.
• Strong background in AP, treasury, and working capital management.

Software knowledge: Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, Macros, VBA), Xero, Sage, WCBS PASS Finance, ADP (Kerridge), BrightPay, plus various reporting and automation tools.
