Senior FP&A Leader with a proven track record in leading planning, forecasting, and performance management across multinational consumer and manufacturing organisations. Skilled in scenario modelling, margin analysis, and portfolio assessment, whilst supporting strategic initiatives such as due diligence and the integration of teams into central operating frameworks. Throughout their career, this individual has been recognised for translating complex operational and financial data into clear and actionable insights for budgeting processes and stakeholder engagement.

Senior FP&A leadership within global consumer and manufacturing environments, including Imperial Brands
Leading global planning cycles (AOP, forecasts, long-range planning) and delivering executive-level insight
Ownership of £70M global capex planning and governance, improving cashflow alignment and reporting consistency
Delivery of £75M structural savings through modelling, portfolio optimisation and operational improvements
Strong commercial finance exposure including pricing, ROI analysis, portfolio strategy and investment appraisal
Deep operational finance experience across product costing, supply chain, S&OP, and manufacturing performance (OEE)
Business partnering across Commercial, Supply Chain, Engineering and Procurement functions
Building FP&A and analytics capability, including a 50 FTE Centre of Excellence
Leading large, matrixed global teams (70+ stakeholders; direct management of 50+ FTE)
Governance, controls and process optimisation including SOX, working capital improvements and audit readiness

Qualifications:

ACA – Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (Top 50 rank nationally)
Bachelor of Commerce – Calcutta University
