A dedicated and experience Credit Controller with over 4 years’ experience managing customer accounts, reducing aged debt, and improving cash flow. Currently studying AAT, they are looking for a new role that offers wider responsibility and the chance to build on their existing finance skills. Confident in handling high volumes of accounts, resolving queries quickly, and maintaining strong working relationships with both customers and internal teams. They have worked with us previously in multiple assignments and had glowing recommendations wherever they have gone.

Key Experience:

  • Managing customer credit accounts and chasing outstanding payments.
  • Monitoring overdue balances and driving timely collections.
  • Completing debtor reconciliations and accurately allocating cash.
  • Producing aged debt reports and highlighting risks or issues to management.
  • Checking and releasing customer orders in line with credit limits.
  • Supporting cash flow forecasting through regular updates on expected receipts.
  • Preparing invoices, statements, and daily banking.
  • Investigating customer disputes and resolving queries with sales and operations.
  • Assisting in month-end tasks, including reconciliations and reporting.
  • Supporting external audit work with required documentation.
  • Experience with credit insurance requirements and renewals.

Systems: Netsuite, Sage, Microsoft Excel, and various accounting/ERP systems.
