From short to long-term contracts, we provide quality and cost-effective interim and temporary staffing solutions. Our recruitment solutions in this area cover all finance disciplines, including accountancy support, qualified, part-qualified, tax and audit. As with any other roles we recruit for, candidates are carefully interviewed, qualification checked and (where applicable) referenced.
We offer several ways in which we can pay candidates:
- Limited Company basis – working through a Limited Company or a Limited Company umbrella. Candidates are responsible for their own PAYE and will invoice Howett Thorpe at an agreed rate on a weekly basis.
- PAYE – Howett Thorpe is responsible for PAYE and will pay candidates at an agreed rate on a weekly basis on receipt of an authorised timesheet.
- Contract – clients will employ candidates on a contractual basis for a certain period and pay them directly.
