Purchase Ledger Controller  – About the Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all supplier invoices, ensuring smooth payment operations and supporting the wider finance function. Key responsibilities:

  • Match, code, and process supplier invoices using SAP
  • Monitor and manage inbox
  • Process employee expenses in line with company policy
  • Reconcile supplier and intercompany accounts promptly
  • Respond to supplier queries and ensure timely payments
  • Provide ad hoc support to the wider finance team and senior stakeholders

Purchase Ledger Controller – Key skills and qualifications:

  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (essential)
  • Methodical, accurate, and proactive approach to work
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and communication skills
