Exposure includes:
- Processing invoices and expense claims, ensuring accurate allocation of costs across the departments.
- Prepared and executed multi-currency payment runs, demonstrating proficiency in financial transaction management.
- Assisted in monthly balance sheet reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and implementing measures to ensure financial accuracy.
- Conduct bank reconciliations, ensuring alignment of records with financial statements.
- Recorded accruals and prepayments accurately, contributing to the preparation of reliable financial reports.
- Prepared VAT for Germany and Netherlands entities.
- Supporting the team in improving efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
- Managing virtual credit card payments and responsible to any queries.
Qualifications: ACCA – 4 exams passed
