A highly resourceful, flexible, innovative, and enthusiastic individual who possesses a considerable amount of knowledge regarding administrative and office procedures coupled with good PC knowledge and the ability to communicate confidently at all levels. A quick learner who can absorb new ideas and is experienced in coordinating weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls as well as planning and organising a wide range of administrative activities.
Exposure includes:
- Processing and co-ordinating weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls
- Executing all administrative processes as well as providing general secretarial support
- Answering the switchboard
- Petty cash management
- Preparation of P&L to trial balance
System exposure: MS Office, Easy Roster, Cold Harbour People Planner, Staff Plan, Sage 50 Payroll
