A quick learner who can absorb new ideas and is experienced in coordinating weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls as well as planning and organising a wide range of administrative activities.

Exposure includes:

  • Processing and co-ordinating weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls
  • Executing all administrative processes as well as providing general secretarial support
  • Answering the switchboard
  • Petty cash management
  • Preparation of P&L to trial balance

System exposure: MS Office, Easy Roster, Cold Harbour People Planner, Staff Plan, Sage 50 Payroll
